
2024 Rates
In order to accommodate our guests and their events, The River House adheres to the following policies:
*Once you select your date, you will have 10 days to send in your deposit and signed contract. The date will be released if not received.
* A deposit of $250 is required to reserve a retreat date.
* The total balance for all events is due 30 days prior to the retreat.
* Full payment required for all bookings made less then 30 days in advance.
The cost for an un-hosted weekend, Friday through Sunday, is $1400.
Please note that you can add an additional night to your stay for $200.

Check out time is 4:00 PM
The River House also offers daily rentals. We are flexible with arrival/departure dates - Contact us for pricing.
Payments:
We accept checks and money orders or payments through Zelle. Payment information is located in the email confirmation of your booking.
Payments must be made by the "organizer" of the group with ONE payment. Please do not send a check from each person, but rather one check with the balance due or the deposit amount.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation:
60 or more days before your retreat--you will receive a full refund.
30-59 days before your retreat--you will forfeit your deposit.
0-29 days before your retreat--you will forfeit your deposit and if your payment is made in full, the money will not be refunded, but applied to a future retreat.
Discounts:
Returning groups get the first chance of the same exact weekend the following year. You will have 14 days to send in your deposit of $250.

All returning groups will receive a 5% discount on future retreats. Please note, the 5% discount is not applicable on any specially priced weekends. Discounts may not be combined.

Returned Checks:
There is a $25 fee for a returned check.
​The River House is a non-smoking and pet-free facility (unless arrangements have been made with owner).
